The holidays are behind us now. We hope they were gentle and sincere.
The first blog of 2026 already. And before we share anything about looking back, letting go, or moving forward, we want to say this first:
Thank you.
Thank you for being here.
For reading, moving along, trying, and feeling.
For allowing our functional mushrooms to support you — in your own way.
Foodsporen exists thanks to people who choose consciously.
For quality without compromise.
For focus in a world full of noise.
For natural support that fits an active, full life.
That you trust us and are part of this network means a great deal to us.
The stories, responses, and small messages we receive — sometimes long, sometimes just one line — are at least as valuable to us as everything that is visible.
We are grateful for that. And we wanted to say it first.
A reflection of 2025
As the year 2025 shifts into 2026, it’s natural to pause and reflect on what was.
What went well? What could have been different? What do you take with you?
We’d like to invite you to add gratitude to that reflection.
Gratitude for the good days, for moments that felt light, for everything that went well. That part is often not too difficult. And at the same time, there may also be space if this was not a big or bright year. If it felt messy, busy, or heavy.
Because even then, there were small moments:
A quiet morning
An unexpectedly good conversation
The sun breaking through at just the right time
A cup of tea that was truly good
A body that let you feel something
A laugh — however brief
Not spectacular. But real.
Perhaps it’s also possible, very gently, to look at the heavier days.
Not to make them better than they were, but to allow the thought that those moments may also have revealed something valuable. About your boundaries. About resilience.
That doesn’t make difficult experiences okay, but it can give them a place. When that insight arrives is different for everyone.
Chaga — Gently carrying what is
Not to change anything, but to support what is already there.
Chaga grows slowly, often under demanding conditions. Not spectacular, not fast — but deeply nourishing and resilient. A quiet reminder that carrying can sometimes be more powerful than steering.
Chaga supplements can gently support you in finding this balance, and in creating a soft transition into 2026.
An intention for 2026 — learning to look differently
From that same attitude — not forcing, but carrying — this final Inner Gift arises. Where previous gifts invited you to create space and stay close to yourself, this one is about a small shift in how you look.
A shift in perspective.
You don’t need to add anything.
You may look differently at what is already there.
That can mean:
Not judging moments right away
Letting feelings exist without needing to understand them
Looking gently at yourself and at others
And sometimes simply allowing things to be, without everything needing meaning
Foodsporen wishes you a great 2026
For the new year, we don’t wish you a perfect start, but a gentle transition.
Not a full agenda, but space to feel what’s right.
May you take with you what nourishes, and let go of what has had its time.
May you trust your own rhythm, even when things aren’t clear yet.
And may 2026 not be about more — but about what feels right for you.
We’ll close with a bit of fungi wisdom:
“Growth doesn’t rush. It responds to the right conditions.”
From our mycelium to yours,
🍄
