Chaga is geen typische paddenstoel met een hoed en steel. In plaats daarvan is het een sclerotium - een harde, houtachtige structuur boordevol waardevolle stoffen. Om deze waardevolle voedingsstoffen optimaal beschikbaar te maken, gebruiken we een hightech, 3-voudig extractieproces, inclusief geavanceerde ultrasone frequentie-extractietechnieken.
